Job Title: Family Peer Advocate

Vibrant Emotional Health is seeking a Family Peer Advocate to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Family Peer Advocate, you will work closely with families to assess their needs and link them to appropriate resources in their community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with families to identify their strengths and challenges
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to meet the unique needs of each family
  • Provide education and support to families on topics such as parenting, child development, and mental health
  • Connect families with community resources and services to promote overall well-being
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of program goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including evenings and weekends
