About the Role:

Job Summary

This role supports sales management efforts by assisting the Branch Manager in various activities, including agent recruitment, training, and support.

  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to recruit new and experienced sales agents.
  • Enhance the agent experience by providing ad hoc support and adding value to their growth.
  • Lead educational classes to empower sales agents with technology tools and resources.
  • Assist the Branch Manager with agent coaching and transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute plans to enhance agent performance and retention.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.

Requirements:

  • At least three years of real estate sales experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively recruit sales agents and communicate the company's value proposition.
  • Excellent presentation skills for training sessions.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency in technology tools and ability to teach agents how to use them.
  • Valid Real Estate or Broker's license.
