As a key member of our Home Office team, you will be responsible for managing data regarding students and teachers, including state data compliance, internal data management, and various data projects in collaboration with other departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage data regarding students and teachers, including state data compliance, internal data management, and various data projects.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely data reporting.
  • Develop and implement data validation processes to ensure data accuracy.
  • Provide technical support for PowerSchool and other related systems.
  • Manage the setup and troubleshooting of all student learning platforms connected through Clever.
  • Provide data-driven operational leadership to support school operations and student success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least three years of work experience in student information systems management.
  • Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with Tableau or analysis tools preferred.
  • Familiarity with local and State Data Platforms preferred.
  • Familiarity with CALPADS and CALSASS, especially with secondary and course codes.
  • Familiarity with PowerSchool or other student data management systems preferred.
