Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Student Services Manager to join our team at Inner City Education Foundation Public Schools. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a healthy school culture, executing research-based best practices, and providing excellent customer service to students, parents, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a school-wide discipline program that aligns with Positive Behavior Intervention and Support, trauma-sensitive approaches, and restorative practices.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to build strong, mutually respectful relationships with students and families.
  • Monitor, document, track, and analyze student behavior data to identify needed supports and strategies.
  • Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and staff, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree (required), Master's Degree (preferred).
  • Significant experience with developing school-wide systems/procedures and driving initiatives with staff.
  • Understanding of PBIS, restorative, and trauma-informed practices.
  • At least 4 years of experience working in an urban school setting, serving low-income and minority students.
  • Experience leading school-wide initiatives and analyzing data to modify practices.
