Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive and productive shopping experience.
  • Proactively greet customers and present them with the opportunity to become a Bass Pro Shops & Cabela's CLUB Member or provide current members with a unique and exclusive experience.
  • Execute all Bass Pro Shops & Cabela's CLUB operational and compliance programs.
  • Demonstrate products to customers and remain knowledgeable of advertised sales.
  • Help meet metric goals and objectives for self and store.
  • Keep CLUB inventory accurate and maintain a clean and organized CLUB Booth.
  • Provide full CLUB Member experience, including service processes such as processing payments, answering account questions, and processing applications.
  • Provide daily feedback and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide peer coaching, recognition, and support as a CLUB advocate and representative.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in a customer service environment.
