Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide world-class customer service, ensuring a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Product Expertise: Demonstrate products to customers, remain knowledgeable of advertised sales, and provide recommendations to meet customer needs.
  • Club Operations: Execute all CLUB operational and compliance programs, including acquiring and activating new members, CLUB sales, and customer experience.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate CLUB inventory and keep the CLUB Booth clean and organized.
  • Member Experience: Provide full CLUB Member experience, including service processes such as processing payments, answering account questions, and processing applications.
  • Reporting and Feedback: Provide daily feedback and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Peer Coaching and Support: Provide peer coaching, recognition, and support as a CLUB advocate and representative.
  • Adaptability: Adapt to new processes and procedures, and demonstrate self-motivation and initiative while unsupervised.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in a customer service environment.
Skills and Abilities
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Organization and Attention to Detail: Excellent organization skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures, and demonstrate self-motivation and initiative while unsupervised.
