Home Warranty Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Home Warranty Support Specialist to join our team at GFO Home. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warranty program and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Job

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the warranty team by reviewing and processing warranty claims, coordinating repairs, and communicating with customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist in the review and processing of warranty claims
  • Coordinate with warranty technicians to schedule and complete repair work
  • Communicate with customers regarding claim status and resolution
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities to ensure timely completion of work
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in warranty administration or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least five years related experience in home building or warranty industry
