The Ground Guys is a leading provider of customer-focused services, dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for our clients.
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Liaison to join our team, responsible for building strong relationships with customers and resolving their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Job SummaryThis role requires the ability to communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and written, and provide solutions to their problems.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to multitask, and possess a strong understanding of customer service principles.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns by listening actively, empathizing, and providing solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including issues resolved and follow-up actions.
- Contribute to the development of new procedures and processes to improve customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience in a call center or similar environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Competitive salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
