Overview

Hyatt Centric Congress Avenue Austin is a leading hotel that offers an exceptional guest experience. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for creating positive experiences for our guests by providing authentic connections and excellent communication.

The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. Key duties include processing payments, responding to guest inquiries through in-person and telephone communication, and providing information about hotel services.

Responsibilities:
  • Guest Registration: Process guest registrations efficiently and accurately.
  • Communication: Respond to guest inquiries through phone and in-person communication.
  • Payment Processing: Process forms of payment securely and promptly.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have a desire to satisfy guest needs in a fast-paced environment. You should possess refined verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to stand for long periods. Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
