As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in a fast-paced environment. Your strong communication skills, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn and grow will make you an ideal candidate for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing and service issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and written correspondence.
- Act as a liaison between customers and service operators to ensure seamless communication and resolution.
- Transfer customer calls to third-party vendors for payment processing.
- Initiate and terminate services as requested by customers.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook, as well as experience working in sales CRM platforms.
