Job Summary:

Cognizant North America is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Fluent Spanish language skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
