We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Total Care Connections. As a key member of our office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming calls.
  • Ensure reception and common areas are tidy and presentable.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.
  • Ability to manage high volume phone calls.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
