Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Patient Services Professional. As a key member of our vision center team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, ensuring a seamless experience, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding patient care and support, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact to post-operative care.
  • Assist patients with scheduling appointments, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with ophthalmologists and optometrists to ensure accurate and efficient patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and physicians.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records systems.
  • Pay range: $18-$20/hour, depending on experience.
