About the Role

At Saks Fifth Avenue, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Cosmetics Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Cosmetics Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, building strong relationships with clients and exceeding sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of cosmetics products, ensuring accurate recommendations and applications.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote new products, and enhance store displays.
  • Maintain high standards of product knowledge, presentation, and sales techniques.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or skincare.
  • Proven sales record, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and utilize online clienteling tools and software.
  • Strong attention to detail, initiative, and commitment to maintaining a positive working environment.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.

Benefits

  • The starting hourly rate for this position is between $21.00 - 28.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
  • This role is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.
