Job Title: Registered Nurse

At Innovative Renal Care, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing various medical procedures.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop strategies to address them.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in renal care.
Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Registered Nurse License in the state of practice.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification.
  • Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
  • Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience is preferred but not required.
