Your responsibilities will include conducting patient assessments, creating personalized nutritional plans, and providing ongoing support.
Requirements:
- Registered by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics on the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Current state licensure (if required by the state).
- Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
- Minimum of one (1) year of professional work experience in clinical nutrition as a registered dietitian.
- Previous experience in nutrition associated with an ESRD patient is preferred.
