**Key Responsibilities:**

* Deliver high-quality patient care in the acute care setting
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
* Develop and implement effective care plans to meet individual patient needs
* Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and advancements in dialysis care

**Requirements:**

* Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
* Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required
* Minimum of 18 months of nursing experience with at least 6 months in hemodialysis, critical care nursing preferred
