As a Clinical Nurse Specialist in our Dialysis Unit, you will provide high-quality care to patients suffering from end-stage renal disease (ESRD). You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs for patients and staff

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Registered Nurse license in the state of practice
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • Previous dialysis experience preferred
