Renal Care Specialist

At Innovative Renal Care, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, improving the quality of life of our patients, and creating meaningful relationships with them and their families.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to patients with ESRD, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing various medical procedures.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop strategies to address these needs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in renal care and patient management.
- Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), or three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Previous experience in dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing is preferred but not required.
