You and Your Job:- Acquire new customers while expanding or retaining existing customers.
- Be the face of Rabo AgriFinance to the regional market, while being comfortable introducing teammates to ensure a positive experience for customers.
- Manage an assigned portfolio focused on meeting the needs of the customer with profitable returns top of mind.
- Target top farmers/producers in the Mountain West region, identifying lending and other cross-sell opportunities.
- Network with CPAs, attorneys, and other industry professionals to build COI relationships and represent RAF at industry events.
- Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of experience in ag lending or related services.
- Ability to relate and communicate effectively with external and internal clients.
- Strong passion for agriculture.
- Sound understanding of agriculture and lending.
- Ability to work effectively as a part of a team.
- Ability to communicate, market, and sell Rabo AgriFinance products.
- Ability to set goals, manage priorities, and achieve objectives with minimal direction from others.
- Ability to travel regionally, up to 35%.
