Responsibilities:

* Conduct low-impact field and laboratory testing and inspection services to document that construction is being completed according to the provided guidelines.
* Collaborate with contractors, building officials, and local civil engineering design firms to ensure that construction projects meet the required standards.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met.
* Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior staff members to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.

Requirements:

* Strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work variable hours and overtime as needed.
* Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screen.
* Two or more of the following certifications: Soil and asphalt density testing (APNGA certifications), Concrete testing (ACI certifications), Sampling and testing soil, aggregate, and asphalt (WAQTC certifications), Inspecting rebar, masonry, welds, and bolts (ICC and IQP certifications), Project Management.
