Facilities Management Director

As a Unit Facilities Director, you will play a critical role in planning, organizing, and controlling functions and activities of the department, ensuring timely completion of workload and adherence to facility standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Review and evaluate existing programs, services, policies, and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor workflow and quality of work to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to facility standards and regulations.
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets, including utilities energy savings programs.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with relevant agencies, including the Joint Commission, State Health Department, EPA, DEP, ADA, UST, and others.
- Provide guidance, training, and motivation to staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Develop and maintain effective client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience in facilities management.
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a leader in the IFM industry.
