Position Overview:

EFPR Group LLP is on the lookout for entry-level Audit Accountants to become integral members of our Auditing team.

The selected candidate will be tasked with ensuring that assigned engagements are completed promptly, utilizing the resources provided by the firm while upholding the standards outlined in our quality control documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely completion of assigned engagements with minimal errors.
  • Engage with clients to streamline workflow.
  • Conduct research and maintain proficiency in professional standards while developing expertise within the firm.
  • Learn and adhere to the firm's policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the recruitment, mentoring, and professional development of Interns and Staff.
  • Prepare audit files and documentation.
  • Execute audit programs on designated audit areas.
  • Complete audit workpapers using client-provided materials.
  • Review and evaluate finalized financial statements.
Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; 150-hour degree preferred.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Progress towards CPA exam is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Effective leadership, interpersonal, organizational, technological, and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional customer service aptitude.
  • Self-motivated with the capability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.

Technical Proficiency:
  • Proficient in Creative Solutions.
  • Experience with QuickBooks.
  • Advanced skills in Excel.
  • Familiarity with Word.

Salary Range:

$60,000 - $65,000
