Job Title: UI Developer

Cognizant's Digital Engineering practice is seeking a highly qualified UI Developer with 5+ years' experience developing and building high-performing, scalable, enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing user interfaces: Create responsive web-based user interfaces and experiences using the React library
  • Building reusable components: Create reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
  • Optimizing performance: Optimize components for maximum performance and across different browsers and devices
  • Integrating designs: Integrate designs and wireframes into the application code
  • Monitoring user interactions: Monitor user interactions and convert them into insights
  • Collaborating with teams: Work with the engineering team, product team, and graphic designers
  • Understanding requirements: Understand requirements for assigned tasks
  • Troubleshooting: Have strong problem-solving and analytical skills to face complex challenges
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
  • Hands on experience is designing and developing UI components using React JS
  • Understanding of React & Redux framework
  • Strong JavaScript knowledge
  • Understand design systems
  • Must have worked in Travel /Hotel booking B2C web applications
  • Must understand Travel /resort booking domain
  • Ability to work in Agile /Scrum projects
