Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile App Developer to join our team at Katmai. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing mobile applications for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, following industry best practices and coding standards
  • Test and debug applications to ensure they meet requirements and are free of defects
  • Work with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve the quality of the codebase
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in mobile app development
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in mobile app development
  • Strong knowledge of Android and iOS platforms, including programming languages and frameworks
  • Experience with cross-platform development using tools like Xamarin or Flutter
  • Understanding of communication technologies commonly employed by mobile apps, such as HTTP(S), JSON, Bluetooth LE, and NFC
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Knowledge of cloud-based services and APIs
  • Experience with testing and debugging tools
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles and design patterns
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $85,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
