Director, Global UX/UI Experience Design Lead

Job Summary:

The selected candidate will lead a mid-size team in advancing an inclusive user experience that connects the physical in-park experience with digital touchpoints.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Experience: Develop strategies and design solutions to improve the user experience across various touchpoints and channels. Conduct UX research, assess business processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Department Leadership & Collaboration: Lead a talented team of UX/UI designers, design technologists, and researchers to deliver innovative design solutions. Ensure cross-functional communication and collaboration for key business decisions.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables.
  • Budget & Process Management Tools: Manage financial responsibilities and ensure operational profitability of products.
  • Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Undergraduate degree in User Experience, Experience Design, or related field preferred.

Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in digital design and leadership roles. Strong background in UX, visual design, and interaction design.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, user experience team leadership, and program planning.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
