Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Business Development Manager to join our team at Clearpoint. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the Energy Trading industry, with a focus on long-term strategy and M&A opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Energy Trading industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through M&A, joint ventures, and other strategic partnerships.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans and strategies.
- Provide market analysis and insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Manage and develop a team of business development professionals to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in business development and strategy, with a focus on the Energy Trading industry.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue through strategic partnerships and M&A.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, with a focus on Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Master's degree or MBA preferred.
