**Role Description**

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead our software development projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and motivating project teams to deliver high-quality results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**

  • Define project scope and schedule, and ensure timely delivery of value
  • Lead project status and working meetings, and prepare progress reports
  • Manage risks and issues, and correct deviations from plans
  • Develop project plans to support client timelines, project budgets, and team resource plans
  • Support the project owner in managing customer expectations and stakeholder communications
  • Define and manage a well-defined project management process, and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives
  • Promote empowerment of the team, and ensure each team member is fully engaged in the project
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

**Requirements**

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in Agile project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:

8+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing large, complex projects in a high-tech development environmentPrior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies, and a proven track record of successfully implementing software or web development projectsExperience overseeing multi-function project teams with at least 10-15 team membersBalanced business/technical background, with sufficient level of technical background to provide credible leadership to development teamsAbility to provide leadership to business analysts, and collaborate with customers to develop strategies and solutions of high business value
