Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, support, and maintain Okta SaaS/IpaaS cloud services and Data Management systems.
- Translate business requirements into design specifications and configurations.
- Analyze industry and technology trends and advise clients on Okta portal enhancements.
- Manage the timely flow of Okta product changes to users.
- Identify and analyze Okta trends and their implications for business strategy.
- Create and maintain a library of model documents, templates, or other reusable knowledge assets.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Okta Identity and Access Management tools.
- Strong understanding of development best practices, continuous integration, source control, and code reviews.
- Proficiency with modern front-end technologies & API designs.
- Experience with professional software development experience with HTML, Javascript, Python, or other professional programming language(s).
- Experience in troubleshooting related to ETL (extract, transform, load) processes and data quality issues.
- Hands-on development, with a willingness to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
- Ability to work in a team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
Educational Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent is required from an accredited institution.
- Will also consider three years of progressive, relevant work experience instead of every year of education.
- Candidates who have completed a Master's degree program are strongly preferred.
