Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, support, and maintain Okta SaaS/IpaaS cloud services and Data Management systems.
  • Translate business requirements into design specifications and configurations.

  • Manage the timely flow of Okta product changes to users.
  • Identify and analyze Okta trends and their implications for business strategy.
  • Create and maintain a library of model documents, templates, or other reusable knowledge assets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Okta Identity and Access Management tools.
  • Strong understanding of development best practices, continuous integration, source control, and code reviews.
  • Proficiency with modern front-end technologies & API designs.
  • Experience with professional software development experience with HTML, Javascript, Python, or other professional programming language(s).
  • Experience in troubleshooting related to ETL (extract, transform, load) processes and data quality issues.
  • Hands-on development, with a willingness to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
  • Ability to work in a team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.

Educational Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent is required from an accredited institution.
  • Will also consider three years of progressive, relevant work experience instead of every year of education.
  • Candidates who have completed a Master's degree program are strongly preferred.
