Job Description

As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve exceptional results. You will develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth, coach and mentor sales representatives to improve their skills and performance, and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Coach and mentor sales representatives to improve their skills and performance.
  • Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and seamless execution of sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales leadership or management.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
