Chief Growth Marketing Officer

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Growth Marketing Officer to lead our growth marketing strategies for clients and drive internal operational excellence at Inbound Studio. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's trajectory while delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Growth Marketing StrategiesYou will be responsible for developing and executing growth marketing strategies that drive measurable ROI and successful execution across various industries. This includes:
- Leading and overseeing growth marketing initiatives for our clients, ensuring timely delivery and successful execution.
- Acting as a strategic advisor to clients, identifying growth opportunities and crafting tailored marketing solutions.
- Managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention.
You will also be responsible for driving internal operational excellence, including:
- Developing and implementing processes to scale client services efficiently and sustainably.
- Owning our marketing funnel, including website optimization, content strategy, email campaigns, and performance marketing efforts.
- Creating thought leadership content, case studies, and success stories to highlight our expertise.
You will lead a team of marketers and operational specialists to deliver exceptional results for both clients and the company. This includes:
- Recruiting, mentoring, and leading a high-performing team.
- Fostering a collaborative, innovative environment that prioritizes growth and continuous improvement.
You will be responsible for analyzing performance metrics across all campaigns (client and internal) to identify insights and guide strategic decisions. This includes:
- Analyzing performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Leveraging data to refine operations, improve processes, and optimize marketing strategies.
- Preparing regular performance reports for both clients and internal stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing client relationships and delivering measurable growth results.
- Experience building and scaling processes in a startup or agency environment.
The estimated salary for this role is between $120,000 and $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
