Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the administration, configuration, and maintenance of our HubSpot CRM system. This includes ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer data, optimizing sales processes, implementing automation, and providing data-driven insights to improve results.

You will provide internal support to our Sales team and other key areas by offering data analysis, dashboards, reporting, training, and overall CRM expertise to support sales pipeline management and objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Owning all key aspects of HubSpot CRM, ensuring it is configured optimally based on developed business requirements and understanding of sales processes.
  • Implementing processes, efficiencies, and innovative enhancements in HubSpot in support of sales and marketing objectives.
  • Supporting the creation of territory development plans by utilizing analytics, company strategies, and measurable metrics.
  • Assisting in demand generation and standardizing, optimizing, and automating the process for capturing and nurturing leads to ensure a consistent flow through the sales pipeline.
  • Overseeing CRM data entry, managing usage, and supporting the Sales team with CRM-related queries and tasks, ensuring they have the information and tools needed to succeed.
  • Managing HubSpot data, dashboards, reporting, and program analysis and continuously monitoring performance and effectiveness.
  • Implementing, tracking, and managing contracts in HubSpot.
  • Researching, tracking, and providing resolution to HubSpot issues and communicating to the appropriate internal or external customers. Identifying outside support, hiring, and managing CRM consultants where needed.
  • Providing analytics and project support for all aspects of customer operational processes and special projects to support sales.
  • Continuously monitoring and maintaining data quality and integrity, performing regular audits, and executing frequent data cleansing projects.
  • Implementing data hygiene protocols for accurate segmentation and targeting in support of the organization's business objectives.
  • Auditing and troubleshooting automations, sequences, contact/deal/company properties, and pipelines.
  • Creating HubSpot training materials and delivering content through ongoing training to new and current Sales and Customer Service teams and other departments – including articles, videos, emails, and online courses or other resources.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Medical device industry experience a plus.
  • 3-5 years' experience with CRM (HubSpot); HubSpot Admin expertise or understanding of HubSpot implementation and process improvement.
  • Strong data management abilities and excellent time management.
  • Ability to identify actionable insights through data analysis to support data-driven business decisions.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize data.
  • Customer-centric focus skills (listening, solution-focused).
  • Demonstrate a high level of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to provide support in a team environment.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, handle, and prioritize simultaneous tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and results-driven.
  • 5 years' experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in-office with some remote flexibility.
Estimated Salary

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
