About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Security Specialist to join our team at SCIF Partners Group Inc. in the DMV area.

Job Description

This full-time, on-site position involves supervising construction site management and ensuring adherence to safety protocols for sensitive facility projects in compliance with ICD 705 standards.

Responsibilities
  • Offer ICD 705 QA/QC and field guidance to GCs and subcontractors
  • Coordinate between GCs and Site Security for continuous inspections and audits
  • Direct schedule management, monitoring work progress against the master schedule
  • Oversee field safety observations/audits and assessments of safety protocols
  • Support submittal and RFI reviews, crafting complex RFIs related to ICD 705
  • Facilitate project review meetings and reporting
Leadership
  • Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to drive strategic initiatives
  • Compile weekly project reports offering insights into status, progress, and performance
  • Maintain relationships with project stakeholders
Qualifications & Requirements
  • U.S. Citizenship required due to access to classified information
  • A minimum of 10 years experience in physical and technical security interpreting and implementing facility physical and technical security requirements
  • Demonstrated proficiency in logistical coordination and organizational capabilities
  • Excellent verbal articulation and written communication skills
  • Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 lbs
  • Willingness to travel as needed
Estimated Salary

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
