The Opportunity

We're seeking a Product Support Representative II to join our award-winning Customer Support Team in Beaverton, Oregon. As a customer service representative, you'll deliver exceptional support to DAT customers, helping them resolve technical issues and achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional technical support to DAT customers
  • Respond to support requests and act as a technical advisor for DAT products
  • Analyze customer issues to distinguish usability from technical issues
  • Assist product development by providing feedback on customer experiences
  • Provide training and industry knowledge to customers on DAT products
  • Coach and mentor junior team members
  • Resolve billing inquiries and maintain accurate customer information

Requirements

  • At least one year of direct experience delivering technical product support in a call center environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adhere to established business rules and maintain accurate documentation
