Resident Support Specialist

**Job Title:** Resident Support Specialist
We're seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Resident Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll provide exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring they receive the best possible experience in our memory care community.
**Salary Range:** $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, depending on experience.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the community, including common areas and resident apartments.
- Assist residents with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare meals and snacks for residents.
- Participate in recreational activities and outings with residents.
- Monitor and report any changes in resident condition or behavior.
**Requirements:
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Able to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
