We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Support Specialist to join our team at Nike, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This role involves providing administrative support to senior-level executives, managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing documents and reports. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, updating organizational charts, and coordinating departmental moves.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior-level executives
  • Manage calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and book meeting rooms
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using PowerPoint and Keynote
  • Update organizational charts and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate departmental moves and equipment setup

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Salary:$70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience
