Assembling Products Specialist

About the Job

This position involves performing various assembly processes to produce Leupold & Stevens product. You will be responsible for manipulating and installing small parts and pieces to create sub-assemblies, then turning component parts into finished product. Cleaning and visually inspecting product to check for quality is also essential. You will use a wide range of simple hand and power tools, working from diagrams and work instructions.

A high school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred, with ability to manipulate small parts and visually inspect for quality. Detail orientation and passion for quality are must-haves. Good teamwork and communication skills are also required. A desire to learn new things and share great ideas is key.

Physical Demands

The job takes place in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and chemicals. Ability to use PPE is necessary. Standing or sitting for long periods, good manual dexterity, fine motor skills, visual acuity, and ability to use full range of motion are essential. Lifting or moving up to 25 pounds with assistance may be required.
