We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Job Summary:
The Senior Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Global Stores team, which includes coordination of meetings, travel arrangements, and preparation of materials. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be able to prioritize multiple tasks, and use a keen attention to detail. This role also involves developing and implementing efficient processes to improve productivity and accuracy, as well as providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
* Coordinate travel arrangements for the leadership team* Prepare and distribute meeting materials, including agendas, minutes, and supporting documents* Develop and implement efficient processes to improve productivity and accuracy* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders* Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve goals and objectives* Manage competing priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism* Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Nike's policies, procedures, and systems.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field* 5+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment* Strong understanding of business operations and principles* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills* Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines* High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite* Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.

Salary: Estimated salary: $72,000 - $90,000 per year
