Product Liability Claims Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Claims Contract Attorney to support our client, a global leader in the legal industry. This role involves critical responsibilities in claim analysis, addressing complex inquiries, and delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze claim documents thoroughly and accurately.
  • Prepare detailed responses to complex written inquiries from claimants and their counsel.
  • Address complex telephone inquiries from claimants and counsel with professionalism and precision.

In this remote position, you will provide "best-in-class" customer service to internal and external clients, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and work quality.

Requirements:Skill and Experience Requirements:
  • JD from an accredited U.S. law school (foreign law degree may suffice).
  • Active license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • Class action and/or mass tort experience a plus.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Customer service approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Word products as well as Smart sheets is preferred.

This role offers an estimated $120,000 annual salary, including medical, dental, vision, life, 401K, PTO, and sick days benefits.
