ChenMed is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Operations Manager LPN to lead our medical center in Columbus, Ohio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for organizing and directing the work of clinical staff, ensuring effective patient care services, and maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Servicing the needs of patients and running the clinical operations of the center to ensure it meets demands and growth targets.
  • Leads and monitors performance of clinical operations, implementing progressive improvements when needed.
  • Ensures key performance targets are met, including SSP metrics, wait times, care team integrity, and Care Promoter engagement and turnover.
  • Leads great quality selection and hiring of clinical staff, including Licensed Practical Nurses, Care Promoters, and Medication & Pharmacy Techs.
  • Collaborates with PCPs to manage care team performance.
  • Provides and facilitates orientation and onboarding of new care team members, ensuring they are fully trained in philosophy of care, patient flow, and clinical competencies.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred.
  • Active and good standing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in current state of employment.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a medical clinic, hospital, or similarly regulated healthcare environment.
  • A minimum of 2 years management experience with direct reports required; preferably in a medical clinic, hospital, or similarly regulated environment.
