Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Compliance and Training Specialist to join our team at Heart of Ohio Family Health Centers.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities
  • Clinical Skills Assessment: Conduct thorough clinical skills assessments for new clinical support staff to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Risk Management: Investigate delegated clinical incidents in our clinics, documenting findings and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Training and Education: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance compliance and risk management initiatives, promoting a positive and problem-solving approach within the team.
  • Compliance Support: Assist with risk assessments focused on clinical safety, tracking after-hours calls, and composing educational materials as needed.
Requirements
  • Licensure: LPN or RN license required.
  • Education: Associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Experience: Prior related office experience is advantageous.
