Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Power Equipment Operator to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Power Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement and storage of merchandise in our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate power equipment to remove pallets from pallet returns and up-stack/down-stack empty pallets and freight.
  • Inspect pallets, shrink wrap, and freight for damage and maintain records, logs, and forms.
  • Replenish pallets of merchandise onto/from racks or docks using warehouse systems or through verbal instructions.
  • Manage freight flow by moving, scanning, and handling freight manually and/or with power equipment.
  • Provide basic maintenance to equipment, including cleaning and inspecting.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Competitive hourly wage range: $21.10-$24.60.
  • Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
