Job Overview:

Core Responsibilities:

  3. Check-In and Check-Out Assistance: Streamline the check-in and check-out procedures for Japanese-speaking guests, guaranteeing a smooth and pleasant experience.
  4. Reservation Management: Aid guests in making and adjusting reservations for dining, entertainment, wellness services, and other onboard offerings.
  5. Information Sharing: Provide cruise schedules, activity plans, maps, and other essential information to guests in both English and Japanese.
  6. Issue Resolution: Address guest concerns and complaints with professionalism, striving for effective solutions while maintaining a positive demeanor.
  7. Cultural Awareness: Demonstrate understanding and respect for Japanese culture, tailoring communication and service to meet guest expectations.
  8. Financial Transactions: Assist guests with currency exchange and related financial services as required.
