Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at America\u0027s Best. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth flow of customers through the store, and handling various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Ensure high-quality customer service while following all safety protocols.
- Flow Management: Ensure a smooth flow of customers through the store.
- Phone Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in accordance with National Vision protocol.
- Insurance Management: Process and understand managed care plans while obtaining document information from the insurance company as needed.
- Information Provision: Provide customers with basic and accurate information.
- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, follow-up visits, and classes.
- Record Keeping: File all patient records daily and pull patient files for the next day\u0027s appointments.
- Order Management: Check order status and notify customers when orders are in or of any delays.
- Reception Area Maintenance: Keep the reception area tidy and presentable with all necessary materials.
- Mail and Inventory Management: Receive, sort, distribute daily mail/deliveries, and maintain inventory of office supplies.
- Communication: Participate in regularly scheduled mandatory communication meetings.
- Language: Fluent in reading and speaking in English.
- Experience: Experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role preferred but not required.
- Education: 0-2 years related experience or training preferred.
- Phone Skills: Experience handling multiple phone lines preferred.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills required.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills required.
