Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Bilingual Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and other means.
  • Referral Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate referrals from existing clients and partners.
  • Goal Setting and Activity Tracking: Establish and track sales goals, and develop action plans to achieve them.
  • Client Appointments: Schedule and conduct client meetings to discuss insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Partner Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners to identify new business opportunities.
  • Community Involvement: Participate in community events and activities to build relationships and generate referrals.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bilingual Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish (or other languages as required).
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and partners.
  • Results-Driven: Proven track record of achieving sales goals and targets.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of insurance products and services, and ability to communicate their value to clients.
