Job SummaryWe are seeking a Bilingual Recruiter/Sales Professional to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying and engaging top talent for our clients. You will work closely with our Account Managers to understand client needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and engage qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools
- Screen and interview candidates to determine their suitability for client roles
- Partner with Account Managers to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments
- Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads
- Perform various customer service-related activities to ensure exceptional client satisfaction
We offer a competitive base salary of $45,000 with unlimited earning potential through weekly commissions after an hourly training period. After 1 year of tenure, your base salary automatically increases to $55,000 with the opportunity to continue earning commission and performance-based incentives.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Spanish (advanced or intermediate)
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Customer service or sales-focused experience
- Experience collaborating in a team environment
