Client Engagement Specialist I

In this position, you will serve as the main liaison for our clients, addressing their inquiries through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. You will document client interactions, engage in special initiatives, and aim to provide exceptional service to our clientele.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to incoming client inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Establish and manage cases within a client management system
- Monitor daily performance and pinpoint areas for enhancement
- Conduct outbound communications for problem resolution
- Adjust to policy modifications as directed by management
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Background in Customer Support
- Skills: Strong client success abilities, meticulous attention to detail, empathy, multitasking skills, excellent communication capabilities, and computer proficiency
- Degree in communications or a related discipline
- Familiarity with tax regulations
This role is based in a call center setting with flexible working hours, including the possibility of overtime and weekend shifts during peak periods.
