Lancaster, Pennsylvania, United States Reflexion Full time
Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled software engineer to join our team at Reflexion Interactive Technologies. As a Full Stack Virtual Reality Engineer, you will be responsible for developing software that makes a difference in people's lives.

Our company is developing the future of human performance: neuro training. Our software measures and trains cognitive functions, such as reaction time, eye-hand coordination, inhibition, anticipation, and mental flexibility. The game-like character of our activities makes them engaging for athletes, rehab patients, and anyone interested in improving their cognitive performance.

Our software is available on a range of devices, from our large custom-designed professional light boards to virtual reality headsets to mobile phones and tablets. We're looking for a software engineer who can contribute in a variety of areas, including Unity-based virtual reality game development.

As a member of our small team, you will have many opportunities to expand beyond your current competencies. Our technology stack includes in-house-designed custom hardware, bare-metal embedded code, system-level libraries and frameworks, cognitive tests and cognitive training games in 2D and Virtual Reality, web front ends and back ends, mobile apps, devops, and applied data science.

We are a start-up company, and our compensation package, which includes substantial stock options, will give you the possibility of participating in our growth financially. Reflexion is in use by many organizations and individuals who perform at the highest levels, including Under Armour, the U.S. Air Force, the Denver Nuggets, other professional teams, and youth athletes across the country.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate good judgment in software design/architecture and demonstrate the ability to produce clean, readable, reliable, and performant code, efficiently and consistently. We are less concerned about your knowledge of specific languages and technologies and more concerned about your ability and desire to develop expertise in new areas quickly.

B.S.C.S. preferred, industry experience in software engineering required. To learn more and apply, visit our website. No recruiters, please; principal applicants only. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. The company does not sponsor work visas.

The Company reserves the right to alter, change, modify and/or terminate this job posting at any time without notice, or obligation. Reflexion Interactive Technologies, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
