Key Responsibilities:Leadership and Management

- Efficiently allocate resources to ensure prompt project and solution delivery.
- Establish and meet sales targets and quotas.

Solutions Development
- Supervise the design, development, and execution of technical solutions that fulfill customer needs and business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to outline solution requirements and ensure alignment with the product roadmap.
- Remain informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to foster continuous improvement and innovation in solution development.
Customer Engagement
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to elucidate our products and services to clients.
- Discuss equipment needs and system specifications with clients and engineers.
- Act as a technical advisor and primary contact for key clients, providing expert guidance and support throughout the solution lifecycle.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work alongside sales teams to comprehend customer requirements and provide sales support and solutions.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Sales Support
- Generate high-quality sales leads, follow up on contacts, secure and renew orders, negotiate pricing, finalize sales, and coordinate delivery.
- Solicit and document customer feedback, analyzing data to develop new sales and marketing strategies.
- Provide product support to customers and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Background in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in sales and technology sectors.
- Familiarity with cloud-based telephony.

A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with a minimum of 7 years of prior experience in sales engineering and sales management within the telecommunications sector.
The compensation package for a qualified candidate includes a competitive base salary, quarterly performance bonuses, a company vehicle and fuel card, as well as comprehensive health benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage, along with an excellent 401k company match.
