Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management

  • Guide, mentor, and cultivate the commercial sales team, promoting a cooperative and high-performance environment.
  • Efficiently allocate resources to ensure prompt project and solution delivery.
  • Establish and meet sales targets and quotas.
  • Educate team members on the technical features of the company's offerings.

Solutions Development

  • Supervise the design, development, and execution of technical solutions that fulfill customer needs and business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to outline solution requirements and ensure alignment with the product roadmap.
  • Remain informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to foster continuous improvement and innovation in solution development.

Customer Engagement

  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to elucidate our products and services to clients.
  • Discuss equipment needs and system specifications with clients and engineers.
  • Act as a technical advisor and primary contact for key clients, providing expert guidance and support throughout the solution lifecycle.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work alongside sales teams to comprehend customer requirements and provide sales support and solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

Sales Support

  • Generate high-quality sales leads, follow up on contacts, secure and renew orders, negotiate pricing, finalize sales, and coordinate delivery.
  • Solicit and document customer feedback, analyzing data to develop new sales and marketing strategies.
  • Provide product support to customers and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Background in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with a minimum of 7 years of prior experience in sales engineering and sales management within the telecommunications sector.
