Peace Ventures World-Wide is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vibrant Modern Caribbean restaurant, Bammy's.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for our guests. You will lead and inspire both front-of-house and back-of-house teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and mentor a high-performing team through comprehensive training programs.
  • Effectively manage all aspects of restaurant operations, encompassing both front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
  • Develop and execute engaging social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Proactively address team conflicts, fostering a harmonious and productive work environment.
  • Continuously strive to optimize operational efficiency through process improvements and streamlined workflows.
  • Spearhead the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the team.
  • Prioritize guest satisfaction by implementing measures to exceed expectations and gather valuable feedback.
  • Maintain meticulous inventory control and ensure efficient stock management.
  • Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, expense management, and revenue analysis.

  • Hands-on experience in front-of-house operations within a restaurant setting.
  • Strong negotiation skills for securing favorable contracts with vendors.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to present innovative ideas to leadership.
  • Possession of an ABRA Manager Card and ServSafe certification.
Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar role (Restaurant Manager, General Manager, Hospitality Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, etc.).
  • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business or hospitality management is highly desirable.
